Limitation of Liability for External Threats and Cyber Incidents
We are not responsible or liable for any damage, data loss, downtime, or service interruption caused by external threats, including but not limited to cyber attacks, hacking attempts, malware, ransomware, distributed denial of service attacks, server intrusions, or other malicious activities carried out by third parties.
In the event of a cyber incident, security breach, or any situation requiring the restoration, recovery, repair, or reestablishment of a website, server, or related systems, all work required to resolve such issues will be considered outside the scope of the standard hosting and or maintenance agreement. Any related services will be billed separately according to the time spent and the complexity of the task.
Standard hosting and maintenance services cover routine operation, updates, and agreed preventive measures only, and do not include emergency response, forensic analysis, data recovery, system hardening after an attack, or reinstatement following security incidents.
This condition is established due to the increasing level of global cyber security threats, the evolving nature of digital risks, and the general escalation of international conflicts, which have led to a higher frequency and severity of attacks on digital infrastructure. Clients acknowledge and accept that such risks cannot be fully eliminated and require separate handling when incidents occur.
